Small cursor editor application that can edit, modify and design animated cursors and export them as animated GIF files, SWF, AVI or ATD.
AniTuner is a utility which allows for the creation, editing and conversion of Windows animated cursor files (ANI) with much ease.
This program also includes several new, improved animated icons which serve as a replacement of Windows' standard cursors which to many, are quite boring.
With AniTuner, you can create animated cursors from animated GIF files or even AVI movie files. You can use it to import images from a variety of different image formats, too. Surprisingly, AniTuner also supports Adobe Flash files (SWF)!
Overall, AniTuner is a very easy-to-use program and the overall design isn't too bad to look at either. It includes a wide ranges of different customizations and goes far and beyond what many freeware applications do in terms of features offered.
